    Ship the item back to the address provided with the RA number. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
